Product Description

Universal 24X (24 Speed) external CD ROM drive that connects to any laptop with a PCMCIA slot. Comes with Win95, 98, Me, NT4 and 2000 drivers andinstructions. The PCMCIA CD ROM uses a SCSI II interface PCMCIA Card (included).

Most laptops supply power through the PCMCIA card so no additional AC adapter is required,otherwise an AC adapter is included. It has a jack for earsets, and it can be used forplaying music CDs.

This is not a bootable drive and does not work with DOS.
The drive is also capable of playing DVDs, though this feature will not work for laptops with slower microprocessors.
